Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged in full.

Arrival window: Please allow a 45-minute window around your booked time, as arrival can be affected by traffic and travel between jobs. We’ll keep you updated if we’re running late.

Quotes & pricing: Online prices are guide prices for standard soiling and easy access, with a £70 minimum per visit. Book two or more services in one visit for 10% off the second. Final pricing for render, roof and larger jobs is confirmed by photo or on-site assessment before work starts.

Access & water: We may need access to an outside tap and clear access to the area being cleaned. Please move pots, furniture and vehicles where possible before we arrive.

Results: Heavy, long-standing staining (oil, rust, deeply ingrained black spot) is improved as far as possible but may not be removed 100%. This is a general template — review it before publishing.
